About
Miklonzo Academic Advising is a pro-bono consulting firm with expertise in international education and fellowship opportunities. Our mission is to contribute to address the lack of international education and training services at many academic institutions from low and middle income countries.
Services
We offer a range of services to individuals seeking reliable post-secondary opportunities abroad. The core of our services can be grouped into three categories: a tailored recommendation of opportunities, a review of application documents, and a guidance during the application process.
Our firm can help you identify international education and fellowship opportunities that match your profile. We rely on our experience and network to ensure the authenticity of such opportunities.
When you have already identified an opportunity corresponding to your profile, you can consult us for the review of documents such as resume or CV, cover letter, and personal statement.
Whether you are applying for an academic admission, a scholarship, an internship, or planning for the first communication with a research supervisor, our team can guide you through the process.
Currently, our firm does not offer services with regards to assistance with visa applications and immigration processes. However, upon request, we can recommend you some experts in these services.
Selection
Our current approach is to serve a maximum of ten individuals in a calendar year. In our selection process, candidate profiles are evaluated based on their academic, professional and leadership achievements. We reserve ourselves the right to accept or decline a request for our services based on a number of factors such as the strength of the candidate profile and our ability to satisfy the candidate needs.
